so basically for my English project at school we had to write a short sequel to the novella Of Mice And Men by John Steinbeck (who coincidentally has the same birthday as me lol wut) and i am pretty proud of my alternative twist on the story. this has already been finished but a friend suggested i publish it soo yeahh. don't have to read OMAM before this if ya don't wanna bc it explains its plot in this story
not affiliated with Of Mice And Men or John Steinbeck but this story is completely my own besides some of the characters -- i guess this counts as fanfic for English nerds????
enjoy!

Hogwarts Legacy X Reader || One-Shots ||
A series of short reader insert stories about our Hogwarts Legacy boys I wrote from march 2023 up to now ♡ Chapters will be specifically tagged with the following symbols in the title: ☂ : angst ღ : fluff ✿ : smut along with the initials of the character I'm writing about (S.S. for Sebastian, O.G. for Ominis and so on so forth). All my stories are reader insert stories, so no OCs, names or physical description will appear, though I mostly tend to write in third person and targeting a specific audience (the pronouns I will use the most are she/her). Extra tags might be added at the beginning of the chapter if I deem them necessary: I don't want to accidentally hurt or trigger anyone (though my stories are mostly chill and fluffy). All of these stories are already available on both my tumblr and ao3 (under the name of 'ravenelyx' for both). I hope you like them, and have fun ♡

Serenity // Scorbus
"we try staying up late but we both are light weights yeah we get off our face, too easy and we take jokes way too far 'cause sometimes living's too hard we're like two halves of one heart" • Book One • where Albus, Rose, and Scorpius are in Ravenclaw and also happen to be internet famous. They battle through their final summer as Hogwarts students, trying to be normal teenagers and find out not everything will go the way they want. my inspiration for this comes from the fanfiction 'The Fred Weasley Memorial Project' by Ad Astra on harrypotterfanfiction.com. 12/10 would recommend reading that fic. Limerence | A James & Lily Story
I take her head in my hands, and do what I've been wanting to do for as long as I can remember- I press my lips to her. It's better than I could have ever dreamed it would be. Her lips are soft and mold perfectly to mine. The smell of vanilla is so overwhelming it's staggering, but I can't bring myself to care because it smells like Lily. I'm kissing Lily Evans. This a kind of sequel to my story Ephemeral. It's the same story just through James' point of view. (Disclaimer: I don't own any of these characters, other than the ones I make up. All rights remain to J.K. Rowling.) *Also, language is worse in this book than my other one because the marauders had potty mouths.* Story through Lily's eyes: Ephemeral by EpiskeyyyComplete

James Potter's Durmstrang Twin: Marauders/Remus Lupin Fanfic
Hi!!! My name is Oswin Christina Potter. Yup, you heard right. I'm the twin of the famous James Potter. I have brown hair and bright blue eyes. However, I'm famous at my own school. No, I don't go to Hogwarts. I am the only girl at Durmstrang, the wizarding school in Bulgaria. I play on their Quidditch team as the Keeper, and I love pranking, so I tend to do subtle pranks when I'm not at the school. There, I am prank crazy, and friends with all the guys. Unfortunately, I am also part Veela, which can be annoying in a school full of boys, but they know not to try anything. The last guy who did ended up in St. Mungo's for almost the entire year. I also have a dragon friend Laelynn, who's name means hope. When I touched her when she was first born out of her golden egg, she turned my palm of my left hand a brilliant silver, which I have to hide under a glove, and gave me the ability to do magic without a wand. I have also mastered non-verbal spells. Anyway, I just found out I will be going to Hogwarts for the last two years of my education, meaning I get to see my twin and do some pranking! Yay! I will be riding Laelynn there, and we will definitely make an entrance, especially into the Great Hall. We have a whole routine worked out where I will be the main part of the big finale. Can't wait to make an impression! My brother has written to me and told me he found some great prankers, let's see if they live up to my standards. I only own my characters and storyline. Any other characters belong to their creators, and other similarities are not meant as copyright infringement, only inspiration and fanfiction. There will be some drama between Remus Lupin and Oswin Potter when they finally get together. I may or may not have them not tell the others about them for a while, but I'm not sure yet. I hope you like it!! (Completed)Complete
