I immediately turned around, looking into the backseat, and sighed when he wasn't there. I turned back around, eyes closed, and when they opened, Luke was on in front of the car holding a headless stuffed gibbon.
"SHIT!!" I screamed, Luke, clearly amused and laughing hysterically. I looked back at me phone, and Like had texted me while I was turned around.
L: Boo.
I laughed at his text and climbed out of my car and onto my driveway. I was a little pissed.
"Hey, Luke," I said in the blackness.
"Hi, Andie."
"Whats with the decapitated gibbon?"
"Found it in the trash. It reminded me of you."
"Ha ha. Funny."
Luke smiled and grabbed my hand. If it wasn't necessary because I couldn't see, I would have swatted it away.
