Seventeen year old Evanna Galway lives in a world where the physically disabled are seen as "Useless Eaters", and are sent to homes run by nuns, to prevent them becoming burdens on society.
Evanna had been on the run since the law was enacted when she was five, but now finds herself in Otfrid House. She thinks her life is over, until she meets sweet, beautiful, epileptic, nineteen year old Sebastian Penhallow. The pair decide that they will not let some faceless "Government" who knows nothing about them, save their disabilities, dictate how they will live their lives.

Peter Pan and Abigail spend time together both good with some laughs and bad with a lot of screaming and tears while she attempts to get off of the island without any help from Peter or the lost boys. Will Abigail make it off the island? Will Peter give up his villain ways to be with Abigail? Does Abigail stay in Neverland forever and not age? Or does she take Peter and the lost boys back to Storybrooke with her?
