13-year old Tobias has a dream: to escape a twisted, unforgiving reality and reach the modern world. This is easier said than done; he can't do this without Amber, a 15-year old princess that fell from a portal connecting to the 'other side.'
Together, they will explore the dark city of Tokis, beating bad guys, conquering large mythical beasts and showing off some pretty cool magic tricks while they search for mechanical parts. These parts mean the world to Tobias and Amber, and if they can't collect them all...
There's no telling when they'll get another chance to be free.
