Meet Naveena Trent, a shy, goody two shoes all her life. But all that changes in her Sophomore year of high school. Naveena is a dark chocolate brown haired and chocolate brown eyed nerd at her school with brown thick-rimmed glasses. She is always bullied by the popular people at her school like in a cliché story. The only thing is, she's not really a nerd. It's just her stupid nerdy glasses preventing her from showing her beautiful self. But, can she really show her real beauty at a party that is hosted by the one and only, Chase Collins?

Meet Chase Collins, a playboy, bad boy, and player. To celebrate his 2nd year of surviving high school, he decides to throw a party. He purposely invites the school's nerd Naveena's best friends so they could invite Naveena. He wanted to mess with Naveena at his own party, but what he doesn't expect is a stunningly beautiful, sexy girl walking through his front door with Naveena's best friends.

"Who the hell is she?!"

"I have no idea. But she's hot!"

"I think that's..."

"Naveena Trent..."

"But, it can't be! Naveena is not as beautiful, nor sexy, as that babe."

"But, it has to be Naveena. She has the same hair color, eye color, and the same nose."

"Oh my God. That IS Naveena Trent..."

[COMPLETE] Sorry this may be cringe, it was written very long ago A seemingly ordinary, working college girl meets a cool, undeniably sexy boy with millions of followers at his feet. How will their completely different lives allow, or prevent them from getting what they want? Expect some drama, flirty lines, steamy scenes, funny best friends, and perhaps, an overall epic love connection. ~ Carter came around the corner as his eyes darkened with a predatory gaze. Oh no. He took a step forward, minimalizing the distance with every dominating stride, as I froze in my spot. My breath hitched as his arms finally encircled my waist and his eyes locked with mine. In one swift motion, he flipped my body so my back was pressed against his chest and hands gripped the curve of my hips. "What game are you trying to play at Valerie?" he spoke in a husky voice. Goosebumps danced along my skin as his hot breath fanned against the shell of my ear and his fingertips lit a trail of blazing heat along the length of my arm. Mentally shaking myself from the trance of that which is Carter Bryson, I tilted my head towards him and whispered; "One where you'll lose." Quickly escaping his hold on me before the tension became unbearable, I spun on my heel to face him and slowly backed away towards the exit. "Good luck though." I added mischievously. With a smirk and a devilish glint in his eyes that could even give hell a run for its money, he replied; "I'm not a player though, baby. I'm the gamemaker." ~ ❗️Mature content. how far would you go . . . for someone you love? ♔ Levi steps forward, placing himself between me and Jack. Like he's protecting me from him. But I don't need protecting, certainly not from Jack. "Who do you think you are, dude?" Levi spits, getting in Jack's face. "Look, Scarlett was just helping me out with a proj-" "I'm not your dude," Jack bites, and I want to tear my hair out of my head. This is going downhill very fast. Jack turns to me. "Scar, we need to talk," he says lowly. Then loud enough for Levi to hear, "So can you please get this kid to leave." "Hey, you don't get to come in here and start ordering her around," Levi says harshly. "You don't control her." "And you think that you do?" Jack spits. ♔ When Scarlett moved off to college, she hoped to start anew and find her way in this world alone. Two problems. One: her older brother goes to the same college, and it seems like he's everywhere, keeping her from doing everything she hoped to do as a college freshman. Two: her brother's devastatingly handsome best friend also seems hell-bent on ruining her college experience . . . but in a different way. Their paths keep crossing, and Scarlett is reminded of the powerful attraction that they've both ignored for far too long. Not to mention, a new face begins to occupy everyday Scarlett's thoughts. When Scarlett is paired with an allusive, darkly handsome stranger for a film project, her world begins to open in ways she never thought possible. But as his mystery unravels into dark secrets, she wonders if she's falling a bit too hard. Before long, Scarlett is forced to realize that balancing the hearts of two boys at once just might result in the breaking of her own.

"Hey there beautiful, wanna go out sometime?" He asked with a slight smirk. "With you?" I asked in a sweet voice. "Sure thing baby girl" He replied. I faced him, slightly moving closer. "You know what I really want?" I asked in a seductive tone. "Mhm?" he asked, his eyes filled with lust. I slowly leaned forward, placing my hands on his chest and leaned towards his mouth. My mouth was inches away from his and he closed his eyes as I smirked with satisfaction. It was working. Surprising everyone, I lifted my leg and kicked him were the sun don't shine. Gasps were heard throughout the hall and Chase instantly fell to the ground, holding his precious jewels. "What the fuck?!" He groaned. In a deadly sweet voice I got down to eye level. "Well now you know how it feels when you break a girls heart". I stood up and walked away. Everyone looked at me with awe stricken faces and I twirled my body around putting my hand on my hip. "By the way the names Avery Blue" I spoke loudly. Flashes of recognition crossed people's faces but Chase was the most shocked of them all. I stared at Chase straight in the eyes. "Karma's a bitch" before turning around and continuing my way to physics class. xx Avery Blue has had enough of being tormented by her classmates and leaves school to return with one agenda. To show everyone who's boss and not to mess with her. She leaves school for a term and comes back hotter than ever and also one major badass. You could say Karma's a bitch. The only thing missing on her agenda was to somehow get tangled up in a gang. No sarcastic remark will get her out of this one. xx Highest ranking: #2 in teen fiction 6/11/2016 #1 in humor 18/1/2018, thanks guys so much xx This book is completed and has now been completely edited (22/05/2020) Cover by: @beautifullyyoung Official trailer by @mizdancer
