Crystal blue eyes surrounded by snow so soft my fingers were lost in the sensation of it all. My hands felt like they were floating in satin. The cold already a distant memory of another life. The soft puffs of white in my peripherals the only proof I was still breathing. 'You're going to fine just don't-' I could longer here the sad voice. 'Dont what?' I thought. All I could see was those crystals full of tears. 'Are those tears for me' was all I could think before I was lost to the murky depths of my mind.

"Please wake up." I said as I held his hand. I looked for any sign of response; a movement beneath an eyelid, a twitch of a finger. Nothing. He was just... blank. I felt the tears come. I played with his hand in mine; traced invisible messages in his palm with my finger, hoping just maybe he'd magically be able to get them. Tears started falling down my cheeks. I held his hand gently against my lips. Tears dropped on his fingers until they were as wet as my eyes. I rested my head on his limp hand. "I told you I needed you to stay."
