Jade Pierce lives in Washington Dc. She's a skateboarder but she struggles with things and people around her. Her mother is Christian and believes that she should grow up as a "Young Lady", not some baggy pants wearing dyed haired street Urchin. She's secretly dating Dan Atherton, because if her mother found out she would be sent to an etiquette school for young woman. The only thing keeping sain in their small apartment is her little brother, Sam. Will she run from it all or will she stay and deal with it?
