While hundreds of ODSTs dropped in from low orbit to assault the Prophet of Regret's assault carrier, it jumped into slipspace, causing a shock wave which not only destroyed the city, but also flung the ODSTs way off course, completly disrupting everyone's mission. Nothing on the ground could have survived, or did it?
