But what can I do? This place sounds like Olympus with an unbelievable and impossible price! It's a once in a blue moon offer! Too good to be true! And don't forget the fact that I really need this. Like really really need it.

That's why I accepted the offer. It really is to good to be true. That guy didn't lie about the bedrooms even the theater room, but- yes there is one problem.
