He was face to face with a beast. A huge wolf with bright amber eyes looked back at him, a low growl and the boy thought he was lunch. Instead, the creature walked past him, intending to eat the contents from the basket, leaving the human laying on the floor in confusion. Charlie Sparrow lives alone with his father in a village that is pretty secluded. After his older sisters death, he was told to journey to his grandmothers small cottage in the woods to give her food. He has been doing this since a young age, he goes into the dark forest without worries. Nothing could prepare him for seeing a towering beast hover over him, its eyes looked back at him. He was sure he would be dead meat if he made even the slightest wrong move. (This isn't entirely any type of fanfiction. I only based this half of the original red riding hood, only all characters and the whole plot is what I came up with by myself. This was not inspired by anything except the original.)

He must travel to the few neighboring towns in search of the serial killer nicknamed the Head Hunter, because of their predisposition for decapitation. Not only is his task more difficult and dangerous than any others, since the killer seems to be using an angel to commit the murders, he also doesn't even wish to become the current preacher, finding the community of Pandora archaic, as a result of them being cut off from the outside world for so long. Still, knowing the consequences of avoiding his duties, he accepts the task. On his journey, he discovers several mysteries about his town, realizing the danger is bigger than he thought.

The magic realm was filled with different monsters and creatures that were a risk to human kind, which was why they stayed hidden. They were deemed so dangerous, that they were hunted by a different species: angels. Vampires and angles had been at war for centuries, with the heavenly-like creatures winning every battle. But it was important to keep the two species separate, as angel blood was the cure to any vampire becoming human again, keeping in mind that once bitten by a vampire, for an angel it was sudden death. However in this day and age, vampires walked freely amongst the city. After all, they needed humans to feed and in order to do that, they had to blend in. The war between vampires and angels had to be kept secret from human kind, and the species had to stay apart. But for one vampire and one angel, it was hard to stay apart, because sometimes you can't help falling in love. COMPLETED.
