You had a perfect normal life in you old home town. Everything was perfect! A great family, a great social life and the best cat in the world, who's name is Jasper.
That is, until a lightning storm decided to burn down your house whilst you and your parents where visiting your grandma...
Your parents decided to move away to a calm town, called Gravity Falls!
On the third day to being there you decide to explore your new surroundings by walking in the woods, with Jasper accompanying you.
Suddenly you fall down a hole in the ground with Jasper. The hole us extremely deep! 
The last thing you see is a bright light  engulfing you and your beloved cat.
