I wrote this when I was 15. I like to say that I'm a better writer now. Although this is where is started. This is what lit this passion inside me for writing. It's about a young influencer that falls for someone who she's not sure she deserves. She struggles with her thoughts. This is my story to "you". This is a story about loving someone so much and after all else you don't always get the happily ever after that you always want. No matter the fighting and clinging towards this love. Sometimes the only thing you have left is the memories. This became a story for me to heal my wounds and grow into the woman I am now. I am publishing my story because for so long I have been writing this story for one person but I think others can relate and empathize with this story.

This is My Life
I've been very depressed and heartbroken so, what better than to create a story out of it? "This is my life" details a protagonist going through her teenage years up until the age of 21. Through love, friendship, grief, and heartbreak, you will get to witness what it's like being a young black girl trying to conquer the world. I hope anyone going through either heartbreak, grief, insecurities, mental health declines are able to read this and know that they're not alone! Life can be so ugly at times, but I promise things always get better. Not your typical romance or teen fiction book!
