What if I were to tell you there was a boy, which through 18 years of his life, only knew the certain ways of a sick individual rather than an anxious, rambunctious, carefree teen?

Through every end there is a beginning to which the story opens. Niall is an eighteen year-old boy who hasn't known much than the midst of his hospital room. In this tiny room, he has not seen the world, but a world of his own ventures his mind until he meets a group of teen-aged friends. They begin to show him the ways of life and how life should be lived by a normal teenager, but through Niall's 'naive' nature about the steps to be an average kid, this group of teens believe they're the ones teaching Niall about the 'important' things about life and what's fun, but Niall and his world running through his simplistic -intricate beautiful mind are the ones who are really teaching the true importance life provides.
