Buffy Summers was your average teenage girl. She was popular, had good fashion sense, and was on the cheerleading team. She felt like she was living the dream. However, her life takes a serious turn when she learns that she has a different destiny than she intended for herself. She is the vampire slayer and it is her duty to protect the innocent.
Buffy doesn't want to accept her new destiny at first. In fact, she runs away from it. It isn't until reality is staring her in the face that she begins to accept who she truly is. Even then, it takes a lot of hard work, training, and dedication to become the slayer. Join Buffy on her journey.
Note: Based on the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. This story takes place when Buffy is in LA before the show begins in Sunnydale.
