The moment June finds out she inherited the vampire virus she runs away, leaving behind her human family and memories.

She heads to the address of a 'vampire' gang she found on the internet, but is shocked when she finds out that the people aren't vampires. 

They're vampire hunters. 

She makes a plan to flee the group but is in quite a pickle when she starts to have weird feelings for the groups badass leader Shawn Blake. 

What will June do when her need for blood rises and shes surrounded by dangerous humans who's soul purpose is to kill people like her?
