Fifty years ago, a great war was fought. Earth and the Spirit World fought side by side against the Dark Lands, eventually coming out victorious. Deciding that the Dark Lands was too much of a threat to their worlds, both Earth and the Spirit World closed off the Dark Lands with the Seals of Tenebris. All was saved and peace was brought to our worlds.

Or something like that. History was never Asha's strong suit. The point is the world is safe. Plus it's summer vacation, so she won't be reading a history textbook anytime soon. Unbeknownst to Asha however, the Seals of Tenebris are cracked, and soon Asha will be called upon to defend her home.
