Not less than a week ago, Levi's squad was caught up in a mission and many was wounded in the fallout. But Petra survived, and was happy. She could talk and breathe happily with the man she loved. But that's not all.
She was succumbing to the injuries that she received during the attack and she didn't have long. So she stays in the hospital during her last moments, along with the man who she looked up to and loved.
And Levi does the same.
