You'd think the Moon Goddess would bless Were's with a mate so kind and loving but that's not her plan, well, except for me.

Clara and her best friend Lana are out, its the 'Chase' it only happens once a year for three weeks and its were every male and female werewolves from the age of 17 - 24 are sent off into the woods to find the mates and are allowed to cross any territory.

But what happens when the Alpha of the cruelest , meanest and ruthless pack the Blue Moon is in search of his mate? will Mason be the man she wants? is he really her one and only?

I sniff the air and wonder around the clearing , i can hear the other wolves howling in excitement and some of joyfulness and the occasional howl of sorrow/pain from there mates rejecting them

that's when the faint smell of mint and rain hits me , I knew he was close I could feel my soul weaving its way through the forest in search of its love and life. i turn to see where Lara is and as I do, I notice she has found her mate and very strong male and by his size is obviously a beta.

I turn around to give them some privacy when my eyes lock with a massive black wolf with emerald green eyes
