Anything but normal

Jazmine Monra, a 17 year old girl with no home, no family to rely on and no friends to support her.
Leaving home at age 15 with no job and no plan was were her hole began, the longer she lived on the streets the deeper the hole became until she hit rock bottom turning her into a thief, a thug, a girl who would always be running from the law.
On her 16th birthday she met a certain woman, no older then 25 with a silver tongue and charming words.
She stole Jazmine away from whatever hopes she had at becoming decent and instead stripped her of her past.
She was no longer Jazmine Monra, but instead 'Despair'.
Word spread quickly, and soon her crimes were known throughout the city of Gotham, quickly making their way to Bruce Wayne.
One day the beloved Batman catches Dispair in the act, but when he hesitates will that split second change how he sees her completely?
Or will She remain just another dirty criminal in his eyes?
