I wanted to make some differences from the series, so the story is about, It's where one not so rich and one billionaire become enemies though will they have a close connection when they work on assignments and etc in college? But Felicity wanted as a little girl to marry a hero but she doesn't know that Oliver is the 'arrow' will she find out or will Oliver tell her if they become in a relationship or friends?
