Dean's absent dad has left all the weight on Dean's shoulders once again. And he can't do it anymore. It's become too heavy. As he starts his first day at a new school in Lawrence, Kansas, Dean notices a certain blue eyed boy and begins to question himself and his sexuality. But is this blue eyed boy the one who's going to make Dean happy again? Sam, Dean's little brother, notices the change in his sibling. He's never happy, always sulking around, and trying hard to keep a smiling face for when he's around Sam. But he's not blind. And Dean's not the only one who's burdened. On Sam's first day of freshman year, he sees another boy at school. He's the troublemaker, someone Sam should stay away from. But something is drawing him to this boy, and he can't shake the feeling away.
