On March 31st, a great incident has occurred. A third of the population has mysteriously disappeared. Not knowing of the situation, and not caring, the countries that have their numbers depleted are in peril to the invasions. It is an advantage the Middle East and Asia aren't going to miss out on. While Europe is in a war with what they have left, America is also having a war of their own.
The Indians have risen to take back their land now that most of the white men are gone. One problem with that, Mexico is also planning on taking back their land. America is weary from the fear of an invasion from China or North Korea while trying to fend off the Native Americans and Mexican. The continuation of gang wars has only made it worst.'
Enter Jody and his two friends, Amelia and Edward. They are a trio traveling from cities to cities in California, controlled by the Temria. They have no means of fighting against the ruling gang, only to survive. Although it may change after they meet up with the oppressed civilians.

"It's human nature. It's instinct to survive, no matter the cost." The world has fallen into desolation. The apocalypse has already started and finished, leaving some of the surviving ones with strange powers and mysterious scars. The world has ended, according to some, and is now in a state of rebirth. Others say it hasn't ended yet and that it's only going to get worse. The remaining people have grouped together in packs and gangs, raiding the desolate cities and avoiding the ones called the Destroyers, who capture and torture the remaining survivors. No one is safe. One fifteen year old boy knows this better than anyone. He and his older sister lived together, sticking to the dark alleys of their abandoned city, and survived for years after the apocalypse, until the Destroyers came and took her away, reigning terror on the few who remained in the city. The boy, desperate to find someone to help him save his sister, leaves the city and finds one of the youngest cooperative packs in North America, called the Raiders, comprised of unwanted individuals with the strange powers left from the destruction of years past. Their leader, a destructive insomniac, promises to help him in return for the skills and usefulness this young boy seems to possess, but something disrupting sends waves of unease through the Raiders, something about a forgotten past and talk of a mutiny. "Maybe there's more to life than just surviving." ... Rated C for Caution. Though it's rated mature, there is no bad language or vivid descriptions of sexual contact. It does have very strong themes. "You are gonna regret this little miss" he said while tugging a strand of hair behind her hair. "huh?" she said and he went away as she looked at him dumbfounded but shrugged her shoulders casually thinking of him as a drunkard. Nineteen-year-old a beautiful girl who lived with her parents happily her little family while studying second year of college to fulfill her dreams but the life has another plans for her. Her life take a 360 degree turn when she mistakenly caught attention of a man whom everyone is feared off. He saw her, he liked her, he wanted her and he will get her.
