My grandmother always told me about the other world hidden behind mirrors. A better world, she told me, without sickness and death, without sadness and pain. She told me how few humans knew about the better world because of our guardians, our reflections, who protected us from the dangers that lurk behind. She taught me about the seekers who prevent us from the other world. But nothing she told me prepared me for what I was about to go through.
