On the outskirts of Mumbai in India is the little yet largely populated urban city of Chancery. The city that had been conveniently built for foreign, English speaking settlers. Chancery college ,the college that vouched to have made it's mark as one of the best  in North India, floods with even native blood. Meera finds herself  in good fortune when she bumps into one of Bollywood's diamond in the ruff- Rahul , who purposely lies to Meera about his identity. After fame hits  Rahul hard, he is compelled to reveal himself, Ameera feels betrayed and secretly heartbroken by the boy who she thought was just a friend. But Rahul doesn't notice Meera, his too busy chasing Shilpa- Chancery's hottest news.
