The appearance of Kyogre exposed the possibility of even greater beings-Groudon, who slumbers beneath the earth's crust, and Rayquaza, the sky sovereign who dwells in the ozone layer. Scientists were baffled: "What kind of creature is this? How can it summon cataclysmic storms and tsunamis just by moving its fins? None of this makes any sense!" Netizens were hysterical: "What!
