Laney Jameson:
I don't understand why everyone keeps telling me that I will fail in the acting field. Everyone knows of the risk of being stuck as a bartender with minimum wage for the rest of their life. However, when some people find themselves unsuccessful, I know I have what it takes to make it in the risky industry. With a summer job as a waitress in the movie "Hometown" I know it will be my big break. I have what it takes. Watch me.

Bethany Churchings:
I have to admit I had no previous intentions of divulging into the career area of acting during my short summer break. The threats of next semester's courses loom over my head constantly, but taking time to pursue adventures I have only dreamed of is quite too tempting for me. So with this new job as an extra in a film in my hometown in Georgia I can finally escape the demanding and stressful major of chemical engineering. I mean it won't hurt, right?

Best friends Laney Jameson and Bethany Churchings never thought that after twelve years of a flourishing friendship that one little thing would divide and eventually conquer them. It all started the summer the two college students embarked in the adventure as extras in the movie "Hometown" filmed where they grew up in Rosin, Georgia. Yet in their hometown they left behind unresolved conflicts between them and when a new wound is cast old ones are reopened. You could say that friendships have flaws especially when Gabriel Weston is involved.
