Cecilia Adams knew the names of all the Formula One pilots before she could say the alphabet. I guess that's what happens when you grow up with an older brother and a mechanic maniac dad, without a real mother figure.

Cecilia was born and raised in her small town in San Francisco, California. All the way from her day care days right up to her final year in the local community college she attended. Now that she is 23 and finally has her mechanic degree, she is ready to break out of her life. But money problems hold her back, like they always did. Yet she doesn't want to spend the rest of her days working in a bar by night and at her dad's car service by day.

But what if her passion towards racing can get her out of the small town?
What happens when a mysterious man moves to town?
How will the mystery man cope with her feisty personality?
Will Cecilia Adams be able to have her Out-Brake?
