Once a proud member of the enclave,shade,the legendary assassin is on the run from the enclave because he was framed for a murder of his brother.Now banished and hated he wanders the wastes looking for peace then he runs across a raider attack on megaton,this is his chance to start over and help people.
I don't own fallout 3,the lone wanderer or the enclave,i only on shade and some of his gear.

It's when it's mentioned that his father had a Brotherhood of Steel friend when Artemis takes interest and offers to go with him since she's also on her way to them. On their journey they come across the Enclave, an old enemy of the Brotherhood. Things come to a head as to who holds the Jefferson Memorial, the sight of Project Purity and war immediately breaks out between the two factions.
