"No" I whispered.
"No, oh God, no." This couldn't be happening, this isn't real.
I'M NOT SEEING THIS.
But I am. I stood there, shaking, on the verge of hysteria, as the man-no, as the monster with blond hair ripped into the girls throat. I watched the girl as she tried to speak. She looked at me, desperately, and finally manged to gurgle out a single word-
"Run!"
That was when the vampire- with his face covered in blood that dripped down his chin and off his fangs- looked at me, and smiled.
