-It was one of those days, Bran thought as he pulled himself out of bed and reached for his wheelchair, his paralysed legs dangling uselessly behind him. He misplaced his hand and fell to the floor. His dog Summer came to his side and licked his hand as if to acknowledge the mistake. He sighed loudly. It was one of THOSE days.-
When a terrible and sudden event turns the lives of the six Stark children upside down, they go to live in New York, with their father's cousin, Tony Stark. If that wasn't enough to deal with already... All six of them suddenly realize that they have mutant powers. So many questions they have that no one has time to fully answer. To top it off there's Daenerys and her dragons, Shireen and her fear of fire, and Jojen Reed being....well..... Jojen Reed.

Rhaenyra reed was adopted / sold to Lord Howland Reed by Viserys Targaryen her older brother. His delusion of becoming king overruled his mind and he thought selling her off would cause an alliance between House Reed. She was to be married to Jojen when they come of age but he refused multiple times and his father just gave up after he found out Viserys had died there was no use of an alliance to a dead man. Eddard Stark, Lord of Winterfell and Warden of the North had just executed a deserter of the Nightseatch, accompanied by his sons Robb and Brandon Stark, and his bastard son Jon Snow. On the way back, they recover six dire wolf pups after their mother died killing a stag. They then find a knight bearing the sigil of a lion lying in the river, suffering from hypothermia, nearly drowned, and body broken. They bring him back to Winterfell and tend to him while he lies in a coma over the next few weeks. King Robert Baratheon then arrives and offers his best friend Eddard Stark to be the Hand of the King following the death of their father figure Jon Arryn, who served as the previous Hand.
