Leigh Mahoney wasn't expecting to meet someone while trying to create a career for herself after college and run from experiences she'd rather not remember, but Anthony Rizzo has other plans.

A chance meeting that involves him vaulting over a barrier into a press box full of cameras and tackling Leigh is the beginning of their friendship that grows into something new and romantic.

Between classes, an internship, and a job at a BBQ, Leigh has little time to spend building a life with Anthony, the professional baseball star.
