Asiya is throw into a new world, one she is unfamiliar with and cant seem to grasp. The drama, the constant screaming and not to mention the interaction with boys. This was all foreign to her as she has always been sheltered from the world. Quiet, secluded and loved would be what she would describe  her life if anyone ever asked. 
The dangerous of migrating from Somali has left Asiya with deep scars, ones she would never wish upon anyone but she's finally made it. She's arrived to the land of the free, where her family said she can make a good living.
