Jade Underwood didn't expect much to happen during her last summer of childhood, or as her mom would say. But when her dad showed up with two vintage bicycles for her and her sister, the kind with the basket and the soft seats, she knew an event was about to take place that could change her whole life.

They were moving.

He grew up on the beach, in a beach town, surrounded by beach people. So that's what he wanted.

For them to live in beach town, on the beach, becoming beach people.
