Flowers in the Wind

Chris is everyone's knight and shining armor. He's always there when someone needs him and he's always willing to put other's lives before his. When college students start to go missing and turn up dead, things start to look bad for Chris. Especially since he is the one finding them. Every. Single. Time. With all the evidence pointing to Chris the people in his city start to turn on him. But is it really him murdering people? And if it's not, then why is he the only one finding them?

She bit into the chocolate and smiled.
"Do you know what this reminds me of?" She was grinning very big.
"What would that be?" Her eyes were shinning.
"How things use to be before everything started. You know?" I did know what she meant. She was now gazing off into sunset, her smile now a frown. She looked at me with a blank expression.
"So tell me, am I next?"
