This is a story about Clove and Cato (The tributes from 2), and how life was for them in the District Clove and Cato are training partners at the training center, and get along really well, and become really good friends, but when Cato decided to volunteer to go into The Hunger Games the same year Clove is will they be able to fight each other or will their friendship get in the way of that?? Clove's father turns abusive when her mother dies and when Cato finds out about that, he starts being even more protective of her, and their trainer, the famous Enobaria, finds out about Clove being abused and takes Clove in, and treats her like she is her daughter.
