Fallout: A tale of the boy from Vault 99

Just another Fallout tale, I won't give a description of it if you want to know what happens read it, I know it might not be that good but at least is something...I guess.
But for anyone out there that "cares" I will write more about it that's why I'm going to divide it into chapters but each chapter could be long or short it depends on how long I want to make it.
