Meet Echo (or Scar) Scarlet, a fallen angel warrior, and our main character. She has been framed with a crime she didn't do and has been kicked out of Heaven for it. She must prove her innocence by the end of 6 years or be cast out, wings token away and never return to Heaven again.

Now meet Jace Wayland or Wayland as he's called by Scar and her friends. He is a demon, and he is in love with Scar. As you know angels and demons or devils can't be together, but Jace wants it to be. He also has a twin brother who goes to school with him and is friends with Scar.
