He did not love her. It was a loveless marriage to him. In his eyes, she is just a burden who cooks food for him. And in return, he will earn money and place it in her bank account. He was 23, and she was 18. They stood together in the registry office, ready to sign the papers that would officially make them husband and wife. It was a secret marriage-only his friend and his girlfriend knew about it. He signed first, then handed her the pen with a smile, but her heart raced as doubt and insecurity clouded her thoughts. Was this the right decision? What if his father found out about the marriage? Would his family accept an orphan and a maid like her as a daughter-in-law? What if, after fulfilling his desires, he grew tired of her and abandoned her? She had no one to stand up for her, no one to turn to if things went wrong. Was it true love, or was he simply lusting after her? Why would a billionaire's son want her? He could have anyone-maybe even a movie star-but he chose her. Why? Despite her fears, her love for him was genuine. Slowly, she lifted her gaze to meet his, her insecurities weighing heavy on her heart. Music to My Ears (Demon Slayer KNY Zenitsu x y/n)
This story is about y/n's backstory and how it affects her relationship with Zenitsu. It is a very VERY slow moving story but once it starts moving, it picks up very fast (around chapter 3). It shows that, even though you both are facing challenges, you can still work through them to become better. I will try to upload once a week. (Zenitsu makes his first appearance in chapter 8. Chapter 1-7 is just backstory and training but I do suggest that you read it because it literally makes everything make so much more sense and gives everything so much more meaning). The chapters are very very short, the shortest being about 400 words long and the longest being 5,000 words long. Most of the stories are a little over 1,000 words long. NGL I have over 40 chapters scheduled so you guys are good until at least July lmao. Just be a little patient at the beginning and it gets really interesting! Thank you for reading! This story does have all kinds of sensitive content in it like eating disorders, violence, blood, emotional trauma, cursing (if that counts), rape or sexual assault, etc so just read at your own risk.
