The world that Kasey and Iris know are surrounded by poverty, survival, and hacking. Being the best hackers in the city, their skills are highly wanted by all sorts of people, from business to gang members, to simple people having technical problems. When they are hired by the respected gang leader Javier, they jump at the opportunity, not knowing the fact that they would be paired with two guys with no sense of humor and forced on a mission that could get them all killed. Through every twist and turn the group of four find themselves in a messy web that makes friend and foe blurry. With only a few people they can trust and Kasey's life at risk with every turn of the corner, can the unexpected friends find a way to stop the threat or is there more then what they know?

Later in the week, Ace, the cyborg hacker (and one hell of a chess player) receives an email from an old friend and learns that a virus is being spread rapidly throughout the nation that's heavily reliant on technology. The government and almost everything that's based on technology is being corrupted and there's only one facility that can put a stop to it before everything goes up in flames. The group is called upon to assist in the process since they each have their own unique abilities to put to use. No one knows if they'll be able to get rid of the virus in time or if they'll die trying. Who knew a few pieces of paper could do so much to 6 random strangers.Complete

The Hawaiian Special Forces
This is the story I'm writing for NaNoWriMo 2015. The goal: 50,000 word RAW draft written entirely in the month of November. Unlike most of my stories, which I prefer to edit before posting, I'm actually going to post updates to this at the end of each day in chapter-sized chunks. The idea behind this story is that a terrorist attack in the near future causes the US to go hyper-isolationist, to the point that it abandons Hawaii and Alaska to fend for themselves. They do, forming the United Pacific States (maybe with a few other island countries). Hawaii then goes on to turn itself into the new world police with stealthy, genetically modified cyber-soldiers. I'm marking this story as mature because there will be action scenes, and probably some interesting perspectives on nudity and relationships. I'm not planning on anything explicit, but this won't be a kids book. Validated winner at 50,040 words!Complete
