Wellworth is a city flooded with shadows. Living shadows who prey on innocent people's souls, making Wellworth dangerous to live in. Every night, shadow hunters set out to cleanse the city of this plague.
Viridian is a Knight, the most loyal protector of the so-called Prince, Theodore, who is the leader of the shadow hunter organisation. His biggest duty is to protect the Prince at all cost. As time passes, he has to hide his growing feelings towards his leader.
But Theodore hides a dangerous secret. A secret which can get him killed by his own people. As the Prince and his Knight grow closer, Viridian discovers more and more about his secret love and finds himself entangled in a complicated war of man and monster.
