When a murder victim in Central City is found to be missing his brain, Barry Allen, aka The Flash, and Detective Joe West travel to Seattle to investigate. There they meet medical examiner Liv Moore and Detective Clive Babineaux and uncover a mystery larger than they had ever contemplated.
