Desmond Argeneau always wondered why he couldn't find his Beloved-or even if he had one. As a Moravian Prince/ Bounty Hunter, he had traveled all over the world searching for his mate,whiles killing the rogue Vampires. His brothers had already found theirs on one of the trips they took and since, have been the happiest Vamps alive, so why couldn't he also find the same happiness his brothers have in their mortal wives(recently changed). After a couple of centuries, he's found no hope to continue but that immediately changes when he meets bounty hunter/elemental, Cassandra Simonis . Cassandra knows about Desmond since he's listed as the best bounty hunter in the Covens but she wants to change. She is teamed up with him on one of the missions, when mortals start going missing. She puts aside her anger towards her arrogant and sexy partner as they try to figure out this problem. She knows after this mission ,they will once again go back to being strangers and she can finally catch up with him in being the best Hunter of all,but she soon desires to be close to Desmond but is worried if her heart is ready to accept him as he is.All Rights Reserved
