In a world where a deadly epidemic  has swept over the globe  driving the dead to rise and feast on the living,  forcing the remaining  population of survivors to be at each other's throat for resources and dominance , this apocalyptic world  isn't exactly what young Ashton woods is prepared for.
 
 She can't shoot a gun well, she can't undergo high levels of pressure to make decisions, and most definitely can't kill(not even the dead ) problem is she tries to do what she can to remain moral and civilized ,yet as the days go by she soon learns some things just have to been left behind.
 Because whether she likes it or not  in a world ruled by the dead we are finally forced to start living.
