Ok government is that your excuse to keep people in the house earlier so you can plan more pulution and what not?! Seriously though! No one believes this crap! Well not me and my uncle George anyway!

Long ago a group of superheroes and villains worked together to prevent an invasion. But they managed to kill more people than they saved. Their destruction caused the perception of those with powers to dramatically shift; to the point of outcast. 50 years later crime as only increased to the point where not even the police respond to calls.
