Charlie Jameson has always been terrified of needles or anything even remotely sharp. But when Krista Kray, the hottest girl in school and the one-sided love of his life, tells him donating blood was probably the nicest thing to do 'like ever', Charlie goes against his better judgement and signs up to donate at the sketchiest blood bank in town in hopes of winning favor with the empty-headed brunette. Unfortunately for Charlie, the nurse who stabs the needle in his vein isn't exactly well-trained and, well, isn't exactly a nurse. When the woman kidnaps Charlie and tells him he'll be her personal blood-bag, will Charlie ever find a way to escape? Or will Charlie just have to face fate and wait until she bleeds him dry? It's not like she'd make it easy for him to leave. After all, he is just a human boy-and she, she's a vampire.
