A land full of fantasy and magic. That is the continent of Zel. Creature of varying sizes roam the land, dragons large and small inhabit mountain ranges. Unicorns live in isolated forest communities. Dire wolves ravage homesteads in the country. Sprites help forests grow. Elves reside in the massive white wood forests. Dwarves build their mighty fortresses in lone peaks. 
Truly a fantasy world.

With all the good comes the bad.
Demons. They are the evil that exist in the world. They have plagued for however long.

Westin Crossroads, a young man at the age eighteen is on a quest. To help save humanity from another demon invasion. To do so, he must become a hero.

Westin must test his mettle against dragons, labyrinths and end corruption before he can really be the hero the realm needs. And of course a hero needs companions. He already has a friend but to really be a party he will need more, an Elven companion, a Dwarven companion, a healer and other various good souled people.

The world is a dark place and I've seen the darkest of it. There's hate and despair all around us but everyone seems blind to it. I'm the only one who can see it all. The wars are pointless, the people are violent and demons aren't as mean as you would think. You might even find that they could be your friends. This is a reboot of the series because I was unhappy with the presentation and structure of my previous iteration. The changes I've made do not alter the story too much until they change the ending. This story contains LGBTQ+ content and light gore elements.

Using ancient tools crafted by the elves long ago, humans had built mega cities to protect themselves from the onslaught of demons. Over the years, humans would find more of these barriers and with them, they created Inns between the cities allowing rest stops without worry, but after a breakthrough of reverse engineering the barriers, much smaller towns and villages populate the lands. Thus, ushering in a safer world outside of the north. Lilith, a cursed human, works as a carrier who takes on jobs delivering all sorts of mail all around the world, traversing these dangers. Carriers more times than not have the capability to defend themselves, be it with physical strength or magical strength. For Lilith, that is not the case. Although there is an upside or two to being a cursed, there are far more negatives than positives. One day, when looking for her next job to take, she came across one that was pushed to the side. It required a delivering all the way to the north, something no carrier would ever dare to do as the stories of what was beyond the Scar scared even the strongest away. Are those stories fake? Why have the demons slowly disappeared in the south? Although it was always worth to take caution, and even if the roads may not be safe to travel by yourself, it made people wonder what was truly up there. If there was any danger to worry about after all these years. The story follows the carrier Lilith and her journey to the north to deliver a package, yet the package is only the beginning as she discovers how the north became such a barren landscape and learns what she is and her true capabilities.

Many centuries ago, an unspoken darkness swept across the land taking all that was light and pure in the world with it. Creatures of this darkness roamed free to spread the darkness wherever they went consuming any trace of light remaining. In order to stop The Darkness from controlling the world, a group of priests took the remaining pieces of light and placed them within the body of two chosen children. They became known as the Children of the Light. Their sacrifice was not in vain, leaving behind spoken words for the next generation of children born with the pure light energy within them. Over time an organisation built on these words was formed called The Guardians, who were tasked to seek out the next chosen children and protect them from The Darkness should it rise again. Centuries have come and gone as the battle between the light and the darkness still rages on, unaware of the human race that creatures live among them and that a battle between them and the guardians has gone on for many years. Present day we find ourselves in a small city named New Haeven that has become the centre of the secret world of light and dark.The current story follows a Guardian by the name of Ronin. Ronin saw the faces of the new Children of the Light and was tasked by the Elders to track them down and protect them at all costs.The children were both college students and were one male and one female whose names were James Hillman and Sara Danvers..When Ronin went to see he ran into a ghost from his past, Lillian. The story continues on with Ronin seeking answers from the Elders about how a Guardian could come back from the dead.

While some parts are a lot more obvious than others, I drew inspiration from: Attack on Titan, Bleach, Naruto, Hitman Reborn, HunterxHunter, Blood-C, Kuroko's Basketball, Undertale, and The Legend of Korra. Please note this may have to be cleaned up a bit and have a 'safe' version made, as I'm not sure whether or not I am graphically describing violence, or what it's defined as. Yes, there are people getting wounded, but there isn't further elaboration, so keep that in mind if you can't access it after release. If it has to go to Mature rating, then yes, I will make a 'safe' version of the book. P.S. Sorry for the dragon ball style super cliché way of saying read the book, even I hate it.
