COMPLETED ✔️✔️ "I don't want to argue with you, Z." Karim gritted out. "Stop calling me that, Karim." Zaira growled. "Do not refer to me by my name. You'll refer to me with my title. We aren't even friends to begin with." Zaira glared and Karim glared back with the same intensity. "Give him to me willingly and I won't send this any further, Z. I'll even give you the chance to see him. I'm being generous even for you. So just take my offer." Karim said calmly. "You've got to be crazy. Why on Earth would I give him to you? What do you even want him for?" Zaira said angrily. Karim exhaled. "I see. My lawyers will be in touch with you soon. They'll try to settle this privately with you. But if you still decide to be stubborn then we will meet in court in the coming weeks. I won't be so generous then." Karim turned away without waiting for her to speak and walked out of the house. He shuffled through the snow which got into his shoes. He hated snow. The car door to the back was already opened for him to enter. "Let's go. And get my chief attorney on the line." Karim told Ali. "Yes Sir." He closed his eyes and inhaled deeply before exhaling. And with the escape of breath from his lungs came a lone tear from his eye. For the first time in a while, he allowed the tear to drop. ** They knew they were paired from the very beginning but destiny didn't side with them. Pain was etched into their daily lives. Yet none would back down from what they thought was necessary. Pain was a small price to pay. Lies and secrets. Pain and sorrow. Love and Passion. Continue the journey of a not so happily ever after fairytale. Because happily ever after existed in only fairytales. And this was not a fairytale. **This can't be read as a stand-alone. Vibe Detector
Two years. Jisung had tried to get his attention a couple of times in passing, but it had been to no avail. The man barely acknowledged his existence. Once, he'd seen him in the campus library while eating a snack and had asked where the study rooms were, and the alpha had looked up at him and promptly looked back down at his work- didn't respond verbally, just pointed behind him to the wall lined with different study rooms. Even when Jisung thanked him, Minho just kept his head down, reading whatever book he had on the table. He had watched one of Felix's dance performances at the end of their first year, and found that Minho was also a dance major. Jisung tried to congratulate him for his insanely good routine, thinking that it was a sign of sorts that the universe put them all in one place, but Minho had only nodded his appreciation and went back to his group of friends. Two. Years. OR [Minho refuses to notice Jisung's efforts and advances, at least that's what Jisung's Vibe Detector ™️ is telling him]Complete
Entwined
Synopsis time: In Sintang Borneo a new Host Lara Michaels who's doing a documentary on the wildlife of Southeast Asia. One of the last animals in the documentary is a river dolphin that has moved deep in the Kapuas river. Problem is the river has been getting hit by crazy storms and every other riverboat captain says "There's no one dumb enough to battle the Kapuas in the wet season with the extreme weather and come back alive." No one except for a Canadian fisherman and riverboat Captain, John 'Buck' Benson. With no other option she tracks down the her last option, a man most known for being a 'sarcastic cockroach' and getting into bar fights. Story time: I've been writing for a few years and I am by no means a good writer. My strengths are telling a story and making characters. I've only worked in either horror and action. Now the reason I'm writing a short romance story is very simple. While watching this years Hallmark Christmas movies with my mates I made a bet that I could write a better short romance story in a day, and have a better romance even with a short deadline and a short stories length to build the characters. At first I was going to do it all in one big sitting but after my first attempt in 3:33:12 sucked I started completely over and have been doing this over a few days while keeping track of a 24 hour timer. This will also be the first story on here because Instead of just keeping this thing with me and my mates why not share to the world what a mediocre writer of horror/action can write in 24 hours in a genre he's never done before. At first it seemed like I would have been able to finish with maybe a little less time to edit but enough to still be thorough. Turns out I had enough time to make sure everything was spelt rightish. I still haven't read it over and wont until its posted so there's probably an awkward 180 from one of the few times I changed the story and forgot to go back and fix it... Sooo enjoy.Complete
