What would you do if you were magic?
In the modern world where witch-hunts have long ceased, superstitions been largely abandoned, and the belief in magic confined to fairytales and fantasy, four young teenagers are highly unsure about the state of their mental health when they are whisked off to a completely different dimension and informed that they are to be trained in magic. Each of them already had their own problems to cope with- the loss of a loved one, a painful break-up, a self-imposed paranoia issue- and must find a way to deal with them whilst under the stress of discovering that they are magic- that is, they are Benders, people who can literally Bend the walls between dimensions and reach through to harness power to use as they will- and must learn control over what they can do. Being a teenager is hard enough- magic is just one more burden added to the pile.

I learnt that there was something black inside everyone’s soul, but most of them had it buried deep within. Almost everyone — including me — preferred white instead. Even though the black could do wonders, it was equally detestable. All I wanted was to abolish the darkness that was threatening to besiege one of the hidden cities — which could later engulf the terrestrial sphere if it's not ruled out. Would I be able to do it?
