Maverick

Ormond Beach, Florida is simply paradise to fifteen year old Lily Jones. Though after years of spending her summers there, this one felt different. When plans change and Lily has to go without the ones she loves, her stay at the Maverick Resort feels lonely and out of place rather than loving and fun. Things change, though, when tall, athletic Liam Campbell shows up at the resort. While he seems to know everybody except Lily and her friend Tailor, the two girls couldn't feel more left out. Craving to get involved and make this summer one to remember, Lily decides to take some chances and learns that a few seconds of courage could make a lifetime of memories.
