Katniss and Prim are the Everdeen twins. When Prim decides to run away at age 11, she leaves Katniss to deal with the reapings herself. Katniss gets reaped and wins  the 73rd Annual Hunger Games. (Yes, I know it was the 74th, but I changed it. You'll see why if you read) Katniss and Peeta mentor the 74th Games. The quarter quell is next. Find out what happens now.

This is my first fanfic and I'm really nervous to see what people think of my writing. But really hope you enjoy it. There are some SPOILERS don't say I didn't warn you! Most characters belong to Suzanne Collins. Some I'm making up myself.All Rights Reserved

While the characters and some plot points are based off of Suzanne Collins's Hunger Games Trilogy, (which I in no way own the rights to) I have created this story using my own imagination. Mrs. Everdeen lives in katniss's old victor home and is a grandmother to twins. Diana Mellark and Finnick Mellark. Gale lives in district two with his own family. Haymitch is a grandfather because he married Katniss's mom after all they went through. Katniss and Peeta's kids are very different. Diana is like Katniss and has her skills with a bow and arrow and hunting. She has her father's talent with a sword, painting, and baking. Finnick on the other hand is like his aunt Prim and grandmother. He likes to take care of people. The story starts with Diana as a seventeen-year-old on the day of the reaping of the 99th hunger games. The Mellarks have a track record for being in love with their district partner. Will it happen again with one of their kids. Also Katniss, Peeta and Haymitch don't have to be mentors. I don't own the characters of the original hunger games. I give the credit of their characters to Suzanne Collins.
